A disagreement regarding BB King's wellbeing and riches was hurled out of court on Thursday by a judge in Las Vegas who said two examinations discovered no proof soul legend was being mishandled.
The decision in Clark County family court keeps the 89-year-old musical performer's long-term business chief, Laverne Toney, in lawful control of his undertakings.
Three of King's 11 surviving children Karen Williams, Rita Washington and Patty King said outside court they suspected Toney was taking cash and ignoring King's therapeutic needs while blocking them from seeing their dad in home hospice care. They pledged to continue battling.
