Okay I was out today when a car loaded with passengers suddenly stopped on the highway linking challenge to molete axis in Ibadan.
The sudden occurrence attracted people's attention which was followed by indistinct voices from the car and then a woman sitting at the front seat opened pushed the door open without watching out for an incoming car.
After getting out of the car, she tried opening the back door which had other passengers (probably her kids with relatives) but the door refused to let her in because it didn't open. The policemen around then moved to the scene and assisted the woman. With much pressure, the door was forced open just about time the driver wanted to give a helping hand.
Though the screaming didn't stop but as the door was opened and the kids ran out first, We got to know the cause of the whole matter.
It resulted that a snake showed up at the back seat attempting to curl around a child's foot but was foiled by all possible means before the driver had to halt in the middle of the road to let the passengers out.
A brave man indeed! After all passengers were out, the driver grabbed a tool which is meant for car repairs and then hit it on the snake severally.
He now brought out the snake and dumped it on the road. [PoliceMen Restricted me from taking a picture of the snake; Sorry about that]
For feared that there might still be another snake in the car, the passengers reluctantly got back into the car to continue their journey.
