Well, that car you saw was smashed by the window inorder to save the dog in the rear seat; Only to find out that the dog was a toy.
The cops responsible for the action were hereby charged for debt although it wasn't a crime but they only need to pay £180 for damages and compensation.
The cops thought the dog was suffering not knowing it's a cuddly toy.
