Icheghe was killed on the night of Thursday, April 16, 2015, while before his home on Ekredjebor Street.
He was supposedly murdered at around 9pm as he was leaving his vehicle.
“As soon as he came down from his vehicle, they accosted him and shot him on the head,” his niece, Egunor Uviesa said.
“He was immediately rushed to a private clinic in Ughelli where he was confirmed dead,’’ she added.
