Lagos state governorship hopeful of Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Jimi Agbaje needs to guaranteed to settle the issue of permitting Muslim youngsters to wear the hijab to class, if chose into office.
Agbaje said this amid a connection with the Muslim group in Lagos on Wednesday, January 15.
The governorship hopeful joined by his deputy, Safurat Abdulkareem, were facilitated by the Muslim group, including the National Missioner of the Ansar-ud-Deen Society of Nigeria, Sheik Abdurahman Ahmad.
Agbaje guaranteed the Muslim has that the hijab issue would be understood through a collaboration between the state and the mosque.
