The Economic and Finacial Crimes Commission, EFCC, has secured a 63-years jail time for a fraudster, Benjamin Segun Bright, for stealing money to the tune of N4,994,000 from investors whom he had deceived into basic cognitive process he would invest such monies in his acknowledged firms, solely to pocket the money.
Justice Oluwatoyin Ipaye of the Lagos State High Court sitting in Ikeja, passed the large sentence on Bright, while not choice of fine is added.
The EFCC same the convict was arraigned on July 10, 2012, on a 21-count charge of stealing and getting by tricks.
Justice Ipaye found Bright guilty of all the twenty one charges most well-liked against him and sentenced him to a 3 years imprisonment on every count.
