Justin Bieber has filed a counter lawsuit against a fan who sued him after she tripped on a loose electricity cable at one of his concerts. According to Bieber's legal rep, there were no electrical cables lying anywhere around where the said fan claims she fell. Sandy Ricketts sued the 'What Do You Mean' singer for being careless.
The New Jersey native claimed, in her law suit, due to misplacement of electrical cables at the 'Believe Tour in Philly', she slipped and hurt herself. Bieber's team says it complete 'bullshit' and Sandy's fall should be blamed on her 'clumsiness'. In Bieber's legal docs, it says fans assume the risk of injuries when they attended the concert.
Hence, he has nothing to do with Sandy's fall. Bieber and company are now asking a judge to throw the case out. Ricketts says she was hurt bad ... severe and permanent injuries including a broken shoulder, busted lip that required surgery and a sprained wrist.
