Ice Cube sued by photographer over T-shirt design

Ice Cube has been sued over his t-shirt designs. A photographer, Patrick Hoelck, is taking the 'Ride Along' star to court claiming Cube and retail giants, Forever 21, ripped off his picture of the rapper to make money.

Apparently, Cube and Forever 21 went into a partnership to create t-shirts carrying the rapper's snarling face slapped on a mocked up Oakland Raiders logo, but Hoelck says the deal is illegal! The photog adds that Forever 21 and another company called Control never sort his permission before taking his picture to put on their t-shirts.

In the lawsuit he just filed ... Hoelck says he sent both companies letters back in June demanding they yank the shirts. They didn't, so now he wants a jury to shut them down, and award him their profits. This is Cube's second suit after he was served legal papers by a Rabbi named P. Taras in May for alleged assault and battery.
