OMG!!Total Black Out In White House

Activated by a little blast and afterward fire at a force substation in Southern Maryland, the blackout has influenced around 2,000 persons working together in the Washington neighborhood, sources say.

A large group of persons were caught in lifts, as underground Metro stations were a tumultuous scene with workers hurrying for sight and security.
