The Nigerian Army has rescued 160 more prisoners from Sambisa Forest, an infamous Boko Haram fortification.
An Army representative expressed on Thursday, April 30, 2015, that the liberated prisoners were all the while being noted.
"We are as yet attempting to figure the genuine number of those saved. In any case, probably there are around 60 ladies of different ages and around 100 kids," Colonel Sani Usman told AFP.
"They have been cleared to a security zone for further handling," Usman said further.
The representative included that one lady had been executed in the operation while eight of the protected hostages were harmed.
The Nigerian Army, on Tuesday, April 28, likewise saved 293 ladies and young ladies from the timberland.
