The Lagos State Police command has held in custody, a man in possession of the late Damilola Olaniyan's (Damoche) phone.
Damoche, a 400-level student of Lagos State University who was murdered by the school gate on Thursday, 28th of February, 2013.
The man who is reported to be a security guard took the phone to Ojo police division and told the policemen a student gave him the phone.
The policemen then asked the security guard to reveal the identity of the student that gave him the phone but he could not so he was immediately detained.
