Tragedy struck as PHCN cable cuts and drops at the doorpost of a 23 year old lady - Blessing Eyo Okon's hair-dressing shop along Mount Zion road, Calabar.
The cable which dropped as a result of heavy rain was said to have electrocuted her and she died instantly.
