This morning in Lagos State, the sky was clothed with heavy fog. Hardly could you see a person coming towards you. Well, God blessed some areas by ministering to PHCN to supply power at that time while some other areas in Lagos were blackout. I wonder how people who live in those areas would have managed to survive the fog without power supply.
