Top American big names have been spotted at the continuous Cannes Film Festival in France since it commenced a week ago.
As of late spotted at the film celebration, which has been labeled one of the greatest, are universally acclaimed artists, Mary J Blige and Pharrell Williams.
While Blige was spotted out on the town in white shorts and top in the city as paparazzi and fans pursued her around, Williams was spotted with a fan in the city.
