No less than four persons have been harmed while numerous others are injured.
The building as indicated by the National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA) is situated at HFB way Dolphin Estate, Ikoyi.
NEMA representative, Ibrahim Farinloye said the episode happened after a blast from the building.
He said the blast may have been brought on by gas, including that three persons were inside the building when the blast happened.
Farinloye said the trio and a someone else outside the building have been cleared to St Maria Hospital Yaba.
