Nobody was supposedly harmed in the shooting.
The assault occurred in Cobb County, close Atlanta, around 3:30 am (0730 GMT), after the music star finished a performance at a region night club.
Authorities said the two transports were conveying a sum of about twelve travelers at the season of the shooting.
"Witnesses could just give a restricted portrayal of the suspect vehicles," Cobb County Police representative Elizabeth Espy told the daily paper.
"They were depicted as two white vehicles, potentially a Corvette-style vehicle and a SUV."
