Governor Fayose Impeachment Impended By Abuja Court

Governor Fayose Impended By Abuja Court

The Federal High Court in Abuja, has declined to stop the progressing denunciation argument leveled against Ekiti State Governor Ayodele Fayose and his appointee, Kolapo Olusola, by 19 All Progressives Congress individuals from the state House of Assembly.

It was learnt that Fayose and Olusola, in the ex parte application, requested a between time request ceasing the reprimand notification served on them and the moves to expel them from office.

Be that as it may they met a block divider as the judge, Justice Ahmed Mohammed, turned down their solicitation and conceded just the requests to God contained in their ex parte application identifying with the administration of the court forms on the litigants.

Instead of giving the petitions to God for interval directive, Justice Mohammed requested the litigants in the suit, including the Speaker of the House, Adewale Omirin, and the Chief Judge of the state, Justice Ayodeji Daramola, to show up in his court on April 16.
