Zambians Have Elected New President
Zambia has sworn in its sixth President in a function which occurred on Sunday, January 25, in Lusaka.

New head, Edgar Lungu replaces President Michael Sata who passed on in October 2014.

Lungu will administer for the rest of Sata's term until the nation directs crisp election in September 2016.

The 58-year-old won 48.3 percent of the votes to beat adversary, Hakainde Hichilema who collected 46.7 percent.
