Mariah Carey Sued By Ex-Employee


 

Mariah Carey is been battled by one among her former staff, Ylser Joseph Oliver, who claims she’s being owed by the singer.

According to Page Six, 49-year-old Ylser Joseph Oliver has issued a proceedings against the singer claiming she was forced to come to work up to 16-hours-a-day, seven days per week while not correct meal breaks or any extra cash in her wage as compensation.

Ylser is currently suing for the singer for not paying her for overtime.

According to legal papers filed at Manhattan judicature and obtained by Page Six,  Ylser is saying that she started operating as assistant for Mariah in March 2007 and her duties enclosed tidying up her Tribeca zero in the big apple and organising repairs to the property, packing her bags for visits, tending to her "personal desires," movement with the R&B star on her business visits, taking her calls, ending searching tasks for her and "caring" for Mariah's friends and family.

Ylser but quit in June 2014 when turning into discontented  with the long operating hours and lack of overtime.

Ylser’s Lawyer, Matthew Blit, in interview same that his client place her family’s life on hold whereas tending to Mariah Carey’s family while not receiving any compensation from the singer.

Ylser is suing Mariah for a major (undisclosed) quantity of cash

Mariah Carey is nevertheless to reply to the lawsuit.
