Five associated parts with the Black Axe, a denied mystery faction society, have been charged before an Ogun Magistrate Court.
The charged, Olawale Olaniyi, Adeyemi Azeez, Olufalo Bidemi, Osilaja Hammed and Bashorun Sodiq, are all students of the Moshood Abiola Polytechnic Abeokuta.

The court heard that the blamed were parts for the Black Axe society, in spite of Section 3 and culpable under Section 5 of the Secret Cult (Prohibition and Special Prohibition) Laws of Ogun State, 2006.
They were likewise unlawfully in ownership a provincially made firearm, an offense in spite of Section 3 of the Firearms Act (Cap 28) Laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, 2004.
Spoken to by counsels Bolarinwa Odeyale and B.O Saidu, the denounced argued not liable when the charge was perused.
Three of the denounced, Olawale Olaniyi, Olufalo Bidemi and Bashorun Sodiq, were conceded safeguard while the other two, Adeyemi Azeez and Osilaja Hammed neglected to meet safeguard requests and were requested to be remanded in jail.
