8th of November 2013 was a remarkable day for Nollywood actress, Omotola Jalade Ekeinde who was conferred with a chieftancy title in Ondo State.
The honour is part of ceremonies marking the 60th birthday & 7th coronation anniversary of the Osemawe of Ondo Kingdom, Oba Victor Kiladejo.
According to the Council of the Ondo Kingdom, this was to acknowledge her achievements in the movie industry and as an illustrious daughter of the state...
She is now to be called Chief Omotola Jalade Ekehinde.
