17-year old reality star, she's yet again raised eyebrows when she gave her Instagram followers a peek at her new photoshoot and Kylie Jenner isn't new to controversies.

This time the controversy isn't about plastic surgery, her lips or racy dress, It had been centered around her skin color that was modified. The image was transformed with neon and black light to give this metallic look to it.
