Chris Brown sued again for new alleged assault

A woman who was removed from Chris Brown's tour bus on Thursday for refusing to give up her cell phone is now suing him. She claims Chris Brown and his entourage forcibly threw her from his tour bus and says she has proof she was manhandled and has significant bruising.See the pics below



Chris Brown was at a Colorado strip club filming a music video when the incident happened. She's claiming assault and cops say Chris and his people are persons of interest.

Based on the security footage shared by TMZ, the woman could be seen leaving the bus, then she goes back to the bus visibly distraught, shortly after, someone threw out her phone from the bus, which landed on the ground, away from the bus, she picks up the phone and goes back to the bus and says more words.

Then some guy from the bus walks towards her with her handbag which he gently placed on the sidewalk before he walked back to the bus.

Police are investigating the matter.

Chris is calling BS on the lawsuit saying ... he's an easy target and she's looking for a payday.

This incident happens just a week after actress Jessica Alba confirmed on 'Watch What Happens Live' show that Kylie's bodyguard body-checked and pushed her out of the way at the 2015 New York Fashion Week.To make matters even more crazy, her boyfriend has been hit with fresh tax evasion complaint from the state of California who alleges that he owes taxes nearly $20,000 from 2009 - 2011.

Chris Brown and veteran hip hop star Ice T are some of the Hollywood stars who are slamming Kanye West and his recently released 'Yeezy Season 2' collection at the 2015 New York Fashion Week.

Brown reposted a video on Instagram that featured strange talking puppets of Kanye, Caitlyn Jenner, 65, and Jay Z, 45 mocking West and his Yeezy 2 show. While Breezy may be having an innocent laugh about it, could he have inadvertently thrown shade at his pals?

The video shows the models on Yeezy’s runway for his fashion show, sporting their stylish nude garments. Front and center stands a puppet version of Caitlyn wearing a robe, who calls it "Hunger Games looking s–t." Then Kanye says: “You’re gonna kick back and watch this s–t like a movie, one Yeezy fit is like a thousand Gucci.” Next, Jay Z who's sitting in the crowd criticizes Kanye’s collection. "What kind of f–king outfit is this, can you please remind me, man this s–t weird,” Jay says, to which Ye responds by telling him to "be quiet."

Veteran rapper, Ice T is another star whom Kanye's new clothing line collection failed to impress. The rapper totally dissed his peer's collection. Ice said Kanye's clothes resembles "future slave gear." and shared an old photo from Kanye's February 2015 NYFW show!
The 57-year-old 'Law & Order: SVU' actor wrote alongside the picture, "Kanye’s fashion show stuff looks like future Slave gear to me… Just sayin." About an hour later, Ice-T followed up that tweet with the message, "I’m not POP… So I speak freely.."

She needs an ex of hers to say yes to her new found-love .According to an insider who spoke with HollywoodLife, the 'BBHMM' singer has told her new rumored boyfriend, she'll always love her ex, Chris Brown and wants him to be okay with her new relationship.

"Travis and RiRi have talked about Chris and she told him that he’s a very ‘special person’ in her life and that she will ‘always love him,'" says the insider.

 "Travis thinks that’s noble of them to have that connection, and he just wants to make sure Breezy is cool with his and Rihanna‘s connection," insider adds.

Not only is he totally fine with Rihanna’s feelings for Chris, Travis is doing everything he can to keep a favorable relationship between himself and the father of one.

"Travis wants to work with Chris in the future and doesn’t want his relationship with Rihanna to become a future problem in his career," the insider continued.

The 23-year-old is going as far as to even wanting the 'liquor' singer's blessing before making things official with Rihanna. But, we’re not too sure if Travis will be getting Chris’ blessing any time soon.

Police launch investigation on Chris Brown for allegedly assaulting woman

Chris Brown has been named in the assault of a woman who alleges that she was physically thrown out of Brown's tour bus, which was parked outside of a strip club in Denver, where he, Fetty Wap, and French Montana shot a music video on Monday, September 14.

The woman also claims she was booted from the bus and her phone was broken because she brought the device on the vehicle after being warned not to by Brown and his people, who didn’t want anything secretly recorded or photographed.The unidentified woman filed a third-degree assault report, and the police say Brown and some people on his bus are currently being investigated as "persons of interest," according to TMZ.

The site has surveillance footage from the parking lot outside of Platinum 84, which shows the upset woman getting off the bus and having her phone tossed onto the ground.The police want to talk to Brown and his people about the incident. He hasn't been charged with anything at this point, but the timing could not be worse for the singer. Brown is currently in the midst of a custody battle with his daughter Royalty’s mama baby, Nia Guzman, who’s alleging the singer and the people with whom he surrounds himself are not a good influence on the baby girl.

The founder of the site never responded to the pop star's allegations but sources close to the outlet claimed some of the staff advised that if Brown manages to avoid being involved in negative things, no one - even TMZ - would report about negativity.

Chris Brown Gets 50/50 custody of his daughter, Royalty

             

Chris Brown was in court today with his baby mama Nia Guzman and he won! TMZ reports below... Chris Brown just scored an enormous victory in his child custody war with his baby mama ... he got joint custody of Royalty, and he gets to take Royalty home today. Brown and Nia Guzman squared off in a Houston court Friday morning.

She not only wanted to deny Chris any custodial rights, she also only wanted to give him supervised visitation. The judge disagreed and we've learned Chris and Nia will share 50/50 physical custody, with Royalty going back and fourth every 4 days.

Both Chris and Nia now live in L.A. And Chris, who was in court represented by Mark Geragos, scored another victory. The judge ordered him to pay Nia $2,500 a month in child support, which is exactly what he's been paying her. She wanted $15k. The judge also ordered Nia not to talk crap on Chris and not reveal anything about the case on social media.

Despite the singer being desperate to have his daughter watch him on stage, there are reports that her mother, Nia Guzman, 32, isn't going to let that happen! A close source to the singer tells HollywoodLife, "Chris is desperately asking Nia to allow Royalty to come with him on tour while he’s in Texas.

 But Nia is blocking his request, telling him flat out no."Brown and Nia are billed to go head-to-head in court over the custody of their daughter in just two weeks. We earlier reported that Brown has hired five new bodyguards to keep himself and his entire entourage safe during the tour but this may not change Guzman's mind.After having his home broken into by a mentally-ill fan and later by armed robbers, Chris is no longer taking any risks with his safety as well as that of his child. In fact, Breezy’s tour bus may be more secure than Guzman's home, reports say. Brown is currently asking a judge to grant him joint custody of his daughter but Guzman wants sole custody.

In her legal documents, Guzman had complained that Brown lacked proper security at home for their child and his two-times assassination attempts on concert grounds puts their daughter at risk. But sources claim Chris wants to make sure there are no more robberies or violent incidents. Chris Brown sued over San Jose shooting

Chris Brown has been sued by his own fans over the San Jose shooting which took place back in January. Breezey's fan blames the singer for the gunshot wound he suffered during the Bay Area concert earlier this year. Paul Briley filed a lawsuit against Brown on August 31 for the shooting that went down at San Jose's Capricorn Bash.

 In the suit, Briley says Brown failed to provide enough security. We earlier reported that nearly five people were injured when the shots rang out around 1:30AM.Briley says he sustained permanent injuries and point out that Brown had multiple violent incidents at concerts before the San Jose show ... and therefore, should have had more security.
