26 year old photographic artist from Baltimore Devin Allen did not realize that his photo of a dark young fellow fleeing from the drawing nearer police would turn into a web sensation.
The photo which was tackled April 25, rapidly spread on the Internet, and was utilized at the front of the most recent release of TIME Magazine.
"For me, who’s from Baltimore city, to be on the cover of TIME Magazine, I don’t even know what to say. I’m speechless. It’s amazing. It’s life changing for me. It’s inspiring me to go further. It gives me hope and it gives a lot of people around me hope. After my daughter, who’s my pride and joy, this is the best thing that’s happened to me" said Devin Allen when interviewed by TIME Magazine.
Devin Allen's profile has expanded since his photo set aside a few minutes Magazine, with numerous superstars including Beyonce reposting his famous picture.
